Class Descriptions:
SuperfitBOD - What does it take to get a SuperfitBOD? Two words...hard work. Join Amy Dixon for a non-stop strength conditioning class that focuses on the entire body. Go big and get lean in this resistance heavy class. Warning...this class will result in quick results and a SuperfitBOD.
Studio Cycling - A cardio workout performed on a stationary bike based on sound cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and thus, focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, sport-specific drills, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.
Shreadmill - A treadmill class that combines intervals of high intensity running or walking for heart rate training with intervals of body conditioning. Increase your body's ability to burn fat while you tone muscle-all in one efficient workout.
Core Strength and Stretch - An alignment class that focuses on two very important components of fitness: core strength andflexibility.
Global Conditioning - As the world turns faster and faster, get more centered and fit to keep up. The weighted BOSUÒ Ballast Ball will effectively challenge every muscle in your "power center" while improving overall movement capabilities.
